Description
In 1974 the Association published its first Cookery Book and now, in celebration of the 400th Anniversary of the granting of the Royal Charter to the Borough by Queen Elizabeth I, the Association is pleased to present this new one. All the recipes and illustrations are new, and the Association is particularly grateful to Her Royal Highness, the Princess of Wales, for the interest she has shown in its work and for the recipe she has kindly supplied.
The Officers of the Association wish to thank Pauline Bayley, who has been the moving spirit behind the publication, for once more collecting the recipes, and her husband, Michael, for the illustrations.
